Food scraps on the

Only remove coarse food residues and do not pre-
rinse the dishes.
Tall, narrow pieces of crockery are insufficiently rinsed
in the corners.

Do not arrange tall, narrow pieces of crockery
too obliquely or in the corners.
The upper basket is not set to the same height on the
right and left.

Set the upper basket on the left and right to the same
height.

There are removable
smudges on
glasses, glassware with

and cutlery.
The amount of rinse aid is set too high.

Residual detergent is present during the rinse cycle
section. Detergent dispenser lid was blocked by dishes
and did not open fully.

Arrange the dishes in the upper basket in such a way
that the tablet tray is not blocked by dishes.

Pieces of crockery are blocking the lid of the
detergent dispenser.

Do not place crockery or fragrance dispenser in the
tablet tray.
Crockery has been pre-cleaned too well. The sensor
system therefore opts for a weak washing program.
Stubborn dirt cannot be partially removed.

Cutlery is not sufficiently rust resistant. Knife blades
are often more affected by this.
