Material test

Calibration of the flowmeter by test weight is not a dynamic simulation and yields only an

approximate span calibration. Effective material flow, friction, and velocity can only be

reproduced by running actual material tests.
At least two 5 minute samples should be taken to ensure repeatability. Refer to material test and

subsequent factoring of the flowmeter sections of the integrator manual.
