Measuring liquids
The isolating valves must be operated in the following order:
Initial position: all valves closed
- Open isolating valve (2B),
- Apply pressure corresponding to the start of the scale through the test connection of the isolating
valve (2) to the transmitter,
- Check the start of scale and correct if necessary,
- Close the isolating valve (2B),
- Open the isolating valve (4) on the pressure tapping point,
- Open isolating valve (2A).

Measuring steam
The isolating valves must be operated in the following order:

- Open isolating valve (2B),
- Apply pressure corresponding to the start of the scale through the test connection of the isolating
valve (2) to the transmitter,
- Check the start of range and correct if necessary,
- Close the isolating valve (2B),
- Open the isolating valve (4) on the pressure tapping nipple,
- Open isolating valve (2A).
