7.13 Resistive Temperature Device (RTD) Calibration

To enter the current RTD temperature:
1.
From the [RTD Calibrate] menu press <Right Arrow> to access the RTD option list.
2.
Press <Right Arrow> to highlight the RTD you want to calibrate (RTD 1 or RTD 2).
3.
Move the highlight to [Factory] or [User Cal] then press <ENTER>.

To enable numeric entry <Right Arrow>, then type in the reading of the reference
thermometer (e.g., 72.0).
6.
To recalibrate the RTD sensor <ENTER>. To verify the calibrated reading, go to the Dual
Path Flow menu [Diagnostic Data/Liquid Data] menu to check the current RTD output.
Make sure that it coincides with the reading of the reference thermometer. Repeat for the
other RTD, if necessary.
Note
Factory Calibration provides an additional prompt after a new temperature is entered:
[Are you Sure? No Yes]. It is recommended that you use [User Cal] to avoid alteration of
preset factory calibration.
