4.1 Description of the model files to be inserted
To simplify entry into the simulation, in addition to the protected PGU model, an open system
model that can be run is also provided. This system model emulates a power supply grid with
3 PGUs connected in parallel. The power supply grid is modeled using Simscape to facilitate
simple configuring.
The open system model can be used as basis to create your own system model. In addition,
the protected PGU model can be dragged from the open system model and dropped into
another system model.
4.2 Instructions on how to import the model
The files specified in Chapter "Media and file formats (Page 13)" must be saved in a common
directory on the PC on which the simulation is to be executed. By double-clicking on the
system model, MATLAB/Simulink® starts and opens the model.
