Prior to commissioning
Before putting the product into operation, note the following warning:
CAUTION
Prior to startup read the relevant current documentation. For ordering data of the
documentation please refer to the catalogs or contact your local Siemens office.
Configuring
Your computer is now ready, although you still have to configure the SIMATIC NET
communication software.
The rest of the procedure is described in the "Commissioning PC Stations" manual (Start
menu Start ➜ ... ➜ Commissioning PC Stations).
Note
The CP 1613 configuration can be downloaded to the CP 1623.
