Depending on the operating temperature, the lamps for the display’s backlighting have a
service life of around 30,000 hours. In unfavorable operating conditions, we recommend
that the tubes are replaced after that period. The tubes are available as spare parts. If
one tube fails it is advisable to replace both at the same time in order to ensure even
illumination.
