Running the descaling programme

Select Descaling menu option
Empty drip trays and capsule container, press steam button

DISPLAY
Empty container and press Steam button

Spindle motor
moves up to 2 mm in front of brewing position
Pour in descaling solution, press Steam button
DISPLAY
Fill with agent + water and press steam button
4.
Check point: Agent in tank? (Via flowmeter)
Descaling solution via steam pipe, drip tray and coffee outlet
DISPLAY
Descaling is running
5.
Cooling down:
Pump ON until heater has cooled down to 70 °C. Discharge into drip tray
Descaling solution via steam pipe:
Solenoid valve on, up to 100 ml have run through
Pump OFF for 30 seconds, 20 ml flow (repeat 10 x)
Pump OFF, close solenoid valve
Descaling solution via drip tray
Solenoid valve on, up to 100 ml have run through. Discharge into drip tray
Descaling solution via coffee outlet
50 ml flow
Pump OFF for 30 seconds, 20 ml flow (repeat until tank empty)
Empty drip trays and capsule container
DISPLAY
Empty container
