7.  Position the expansion rack on the control panel and loosely install the six flat head screws. Ensure that the 

membrane switch cable is folded over itself and under the expansion rack as shown in Figure 4-3.

8.  Plug the expansion rack cable into connector J105 on the control panel processor board as shown in Figure 4-2. 

9.  Tighten the six screws holding the expansion rack to the control panel. 

10.  Feed the PDS cable through the PDS strain relief opening in the rear cover. 

11.  Reinstall the rear cover of the control panel, attaching it using the six screws. 

12.  Rotate the PDS strain-relief plate to the closed position and tighten the screws for the strain relief plate. 

13.  You are now ready to install the communications module. Use the cover plates supplied with the expansion 

rack to cover the unused slots.
