Electrical connection Before installation
Exhaust air towards the rear:

The air purified by an additional
activated carbon filter is conveyed back
into the room.

If the extractor hood is switched from
exhaust-air mode to circulating-air
mode, the exhaust-air opening must be
sealed to prevent a hazardous situation.
Electrical specifications:
Electrical specifications can be found on
the rating plate – remove the filter frame
inside the appliance to reveal the rating
plate.
Before carrying out any repairs,
isolate the extractor hood.
Length of connection cable: 1,50 m.
To prevent a hazardous situation, a
damaged connection cable must be
replaced by the manufacturer or his
customer service or a similarly qualified
person.
If a permanent connection is required:
The extractor hood may be connected only
by an electrical engineer who is registered
at the relevant electricity supply company.
A disconnecting device must be fitted on
the installation side. Switches with a
contact gap of more than 3 mm and
all-pole disconnection are regarded as a
disconnecting device. This includes LS
switches and contactors.
This extractor hood complies with the EC
radio interference suppression regulations.
Electrical connection
THIS APPLIANCE IS EARTH INSULATED,
DO CONNECTED TO EARTH.
- If the supply cord of this appliance is
damaged, it must be replaced. Take
care to shock azard. Do never change
the fuse without rettifing the cover; if you
have lost the cover, do not use the plug
until the cover is replaced, call your dea-
ler for spare parts.
- If the appliance is supplied with UK plug
(BS 1363) than it's protected by a 3A
fuse or if any other type of plug is used,
by a 5A fuse either in the plug or
adaptor or at the distribution board.
