Support of “stackless solution”

It was decided for SME to abandon the H.323 protocol and extend the CorNet protocol to sup-
port media channel negotiation.

There is no change in the implemented functionality.

The only new add-on of V2R1 is the support for the new CorNet TC based payload signaling
protocol.
