ting is restored. Only the date and time are
retained.

Operating the base station
on the PABX
The following settings are only needed
when your PABX requires them. Please
refer to the user guide for your PABX.
You cannot send or receive SMS messages
on PABXs that do not support Calling Line
Identification.
Changing the dialling mode

Switching temporarily to dual-tone
multifrequency dialling (DTMF)
If your PABX is still using pulse dialling
(PD) but tone dialling is required for a con-
nection (e.g. to play back the network
mailbox), you have to switch temporarily
to tone dialling.
Requirement:
You are currently conduct-
ing a call or have already dialled an exter-
nal number.
