Using the answering machine in the C 250 Base

Recording memos

Memos are played back and deleted in the same way as messages. New memos are indi-

cated by the

key (on the base) and the

key (on the handset) flashing. You can

record a number of memos.

If you press the

key while recording the memo, recording is cancelled and the

memo will not be stored.

Adding a telephone number from the answering machine list to the

directory

Picking up a call from the answering machine

You can take a call while the answering machine is recording it.

Recording stops and you can speak to the caller. If 2 seconds of the call have already

been recorded when you pick it up, the call will be displayed as a new message. The

keys flash when the call is finished.
