At intervals of one year, or when 60,000 IPs have been processed

(1) Clean the rubber rollers.

(2) By reversing the procedures described in “7.5 IP Removal Unit (Cleaning/Replacing

the Shock Absorber-Attached Guide Plates in the Conveyance Path of the IP Removal
Unit),” reinstall the shock absorber-attached guide plates A, B, C, and D.
