6. Fill in any empty areas on the PCM-1 with blank bezels, securing
in place with the screws provided.
7. Connect the terminal blocks at the top of the IDC zone bezels so
that the blocks are facing up.
STEP 8Install Interconnecting Cable
Plug the interconnecting cable into the modules that connect the
lower and upper racks of the PMK-1 mounting bracket.
CAUTION
All cables that connect to the PXL are polarized and connect in one
way only. DO NOT FORCE THEM. Keying tabs on the mating
pieces guide the connector into place.
Plug the other end of the power/data cable, P/N 555-194066, that
was previously installed in the PPS-10M, JP2 into the PCM-1, JP7.
STEP 9Install the Optional PZE-4B
Setting the Address
Before mounting the PZE-4B to the PMK-1 bracket, set the address on
Switch S1 according to Table 4. (Refer to Figure 13 for the location of
S1 and the Note on page 9 for the operation of the switches.)
