Automatic sensor identification (ASD logic), including type of sensor (active or pas-sive).
Automatic activation of incorporated control functions owing to ACC logic which, through
ASD, identifies the intended purpose of the control function. This means that the control
will be optimally adapted to the plant.
P-band and integral action time (TN) are separately adjustable, so that P-control (with
integral action time = 0) or PI control can be selected.
The controller is supplied as a PI controller. The set values of heating and cooling can
be adjusted separately. Overlapping of heating/ cooling sequences is not possible.
For the control of mixed air dampers or heat recovery equipment, both operating action
and operating mode can be selected.
The actual values of the various outputs are permanently displayed.
The following compensation functions can be implemented:
•
Outside temperature compensated controller set value. This function is integrated in
the controller. The parameters of compensation can be set

•
Compensation across the entire setpoint range from an L&S building automation
system via a data bus (FLN bus or LON / BACnet bus) and communication card
(AZI65.1 respectively AZI65.2)
•
Connection of a supply air temperature sensor (B2) automatically activates supply air
temperature control
•
Room/ supply air temperature cascade control
•
Connection of room or extract air (B1) and supply air temperature sensors (B2)
automatically activates cascade control
The output signal of the room/extract air temperature controller acts on the set value
of the supply air temperature controller. This effect (standard value is preset) can be
changed. Cascade control acquires disturbances in the supply air and offsets them
before they have an impact on the room or extract air temperature. The limitation
functions are not affected by the cascade.
