3.5.9.4  Maximum Registration Backoff Timer

If a registration attempt should result in a timeout, the phone waits a random time 
before sending another REGISTER message. The 

Reg. backoff (seconds)

 

parameter determines the maximum waiting time.

SIP-UDP Port is opened, even if SIP-TLS is used for the OS Voice connection.

 determines the duration of a registration with the
