Settings and add-on modules

You should set the following in the SETUP menu in order to be able to use the
second level cache memory completely:

– 

Speed Select: 

 

HIGH

– 

Shadow BIOS ROM: 

SYSTEM AND VIDEO BIOS

– 

Cache:   WRITE 

BACK

– 

Cache Shadow RAM: 

VIDEO BIOS ONLY

Upgrading

!

Note the location of the SRAM chip when you plug in SRAM chip!

1 = Mark on socket
2 = Mark on the top of the SRAM component

  Insert the SRAM component in such a way that the mark on the SRAM

component matches the position of the mark on the socket.

  Set the U-plugs JP12 to JP17 in accordance with the memory configuration.

  Set the recommended entries in the SETUP menu.
