• An appropriate timber protection treatment is necessary for all milled areas.

• Cutting with a milling jig

1. Mark the position of the

centre of the unit (62.5)

2. Attach the milling jig to the

centre of the unit marking on
the sash profile.

3. Use a router guide to cut a

18 mm deep and 4 mm high
recess
(spacer disc Ø 27 mm,
milling jig Ø 8 mm)
