STEP 4:
CONNECT THRUSTER TO MOTOR CONTROLLER
NOTE:
Motor power cable polarity is not identified. If thrusters operate in
opposite direction from joystick, reverse cable connections on motor
controller.
1.
If thruster power cables are too long, cut them to length. Be sure that
they are neatly routed, and comfortably reach the motor controller
terminals. Leave some slack to make installation easier.
2.
Install compression terminals. See
How To Install Compression Terminals
on page 12 for instructions.
3.
Connect one cable to “MOTOR 1” and the other to “MOTOR 2”.
STEP 5:
RESET CIRCUIT BREAKERS
Make sure both circuit breakers on the motor controller are reset by
rotating the yellow lever counter-clockwise into the body of the circuit
breaker.
