INDUSTRIAL VENTILATING FAN
“SHUANGDIE” INDUSTRIAL VENTILATING FAN is an electric fan
installed in an opening in the wall, exchanging air from indoor to outdoor.
It is the ideal ventilating fan for industrial, commercial applications and
other public places. Special features include:

The mounting plate is specially designed to square frame + cylindrical
casing for easy installation.

Low noise, low temperature rise, low power consumption, and
powerful wind flow.

.INSTALLATION
1.
Fasten the four Mounting Jaws on the motor as per Figure 1 shown.
2.
Insert the four sets of Isolation Rubber & Jaw cap into the other end
of the Mounting Jaw.
3.
Fix the Mounting Plate frame with Mounting Jaw.
4.
Fix the Blade into the Shaft and ensure it is fixed, be sure set screw
has been locked in the counter-bore.
5.
If include Front Guard, installation steps for step 3 and step 4 should
be reversed.
6.
Cover the Rear Guard into the ventilating fan as the direction shown
in figure 2. Make sure the Rear Guard sits on the surface of the Jaw
Cap, hold the Bracket and the Clamp onto the Rear Guard’s wire,
fasten the M4 screw(remember to place the spring and plain washer
accordingly) at each of the four Jaw Caps, please refer to Figure 3 for
detail.
