6.  Set the forks at the lowest positions when the truck in not in use. 

7.  A pallet truck should not be used to carry people or animals. 

8.  Do not stand on the forks while the truck is stationary or moving. 

9.  Use a pallet truck on flat, hard ground. 

MAINTENANCE 

 

Maintain your pallet truck. 

It is recommended that the general condition of any pallet truck be 

examined before it is used. Keep your pallet truck in good repair by adopting a program of 

conscientious repair and maintenance. If any abnormal vibrations or noise occurs, have the 

problem corrected before further use. Have necessary repairs made by qualified service 

personnel.

 

 

The oil capacity which the oil pump needs is 250 ml. Use oil that is 30# when the environment 

temperature is -5º to 40ºC. Use low temperature oil when the environment temperature is -35º to 

-5ºC.

add new working oil

device

When  the  handle  is  rocked,  the  forks  drop 
immediately after they are lifted. The handle 
returns  or  the  forks  drop  substantially  after 
they are lifted. 

The  valve  of  the  oil  pump  is  blocked  by 
abnormal matter 

Open  the  valve  and  take  out 
the  parts.  Re-install  the  parts 
after they have been cleaned.
