• When selecting “Photograph patient record”, the camera settings are automatically optimised for taking a picture of
paper or electronic medical records.
• This function does not read information from the medical record but just takes a photo. Therefore the patient ID
and name are not recognised and stored as digital information.
• This function is not available, when the function that makes recording patient information mandatory, is activated.

Photograph patient record
The patient’s name can be recorded by taking a picture of
his/her medical record.
When you select “Photograph patient record”, the display on
the right appears on the screen.
Position the camera to photograph the patient name and press
the shutter button halfway to focus properly. After focusing
press the shutter button completely down.
Erase patient information
When you select “Erase information”, the message on the right
appears. Press “OK” to erase the data.
Confirm patient information
Press the patient information on the lower right of the screen to display the patient’s ID number along with
his/her name. The patient’s name is displayed only when a QR code is scanned to register the patient’s
information. It can´t be entered manually.
