“Setting” column shows the user's current settings, measurement display range,
measurement limits, which can be set by users. If the input value exceeds the
acceptable range, the system will show an error pop-up window.
“CCDF”: Set the threshold value and display the real-time CCDF value. Click “set” button,
a dialog window is shown as below. Input a threshold value and click OK button.
“CCDF Threshold Setting”
After setting the threshold, click
“ Run Trigger” or “Run Continues” button, the CCDF
value display real-time.
