4.
Adjust the gap between the guide and chain.
Turn the adjuster and adjust until the following conditions are met.
• The gap between the chain and the inside surface of the guide outer side is 0 - 0.5 mm
• The gap between the guide and adjuster is 3 mm or less

NOTE
•
If the two conditions above are not met, re-check the necessity of the spacer(s) based
on the instructions in step 2.

Tighten the guide mounting bolt.
This completes the installation process for the direct mount type.
