Secure the bracket.
This completes the installation process for the ISCG type.
Bracket mounting bolts
5 - 7 N·m
NOTE
•
After installing the chain device, make sure that the top portion of the bracket is not
touching the frame or rear suspension.
•
After installing the chain device, turn the crank and make sure that there is no
abnormal noise caused by the chain striking the guide.
•
Similarly, make sure that there is no abnormal noise caused by the chain striking the
guide when shifting to the largest sprocket or when the rear suspension is depressed.
Direct mount type
This type is installed on the direct mount mounting boss for the front derailleur on the frame.
Perform the installation with the front chainring and chain fully assembled.

Adjust the chain position to the smallest sprocket.
