Electric drive system
The pedelec has an electric drive system in
addition to a mechanical one.

The electric drive system has three wireless
communication options:
Digital wireless system with 2.4 GHz
The digital wireless technology with a frequency
of 2.4 GHz is identical to WLAN.
ANT connection
All information shown on the on-board computer
can be sent to external devices that support ANT
connections.
Bluetooth® LE connection
All information shown on the on-board computer
can be sent to external devices which support
Bluetooth® LE connections.
E-TUBE PROJECT for smartphones and/or
tablets can be used if a Bluetooth® LE connection
can be established with a smartphone and/or
tablet.
E-TUBE RIDE can be used to check journey data
on a smartphone connected via Bluetooth® LE.
3.3.8.1 Motor
As soon as the required muscle power from the
rider pedalling passes a certain level, the motor is
activated gently and assists the rider's pedalling
motion. The motor force is determined by the set
level of assistance.
The bicycle does not have a separate emergency
stop or emergency shut-off button.
The motor switches off automatically as soon as
the rider no longer pedals, the temperature is
outside the permitted range, there is an overload
or the shut-off speed of 25 km/h has been
reached.
A push assist system can be activated. The push
assist continues to drive the bicycle at walking
speed as long as the rider pushes the
long
assistance lever (left)
on the
handlebars
. The
speed can be a maximum of 6 km/h in this case.
The drive stops when the
long assistance lever
is
released.
