Operation Procedure and Process
1) Press and hold down the [CAL] key, call up the sensitivity calibration related menu to display "PCAL," and
press the [O/T] key.
2) Start PCAL.
If the model is fixed, perform a pan load weight check at the start.
If the pan load weight is detected at 10 % or more of the weight capacity, "BUSY" is displayed.
If the pan load weight disappears, it proceeds to 2) and starts PCAL.
If the pan load weight is at less than 10 % of the weight capacity, it proceeds to the next step.
Pressing the [BREAK] key during this display cancels PCAL.
3) The calibration reference weight value begins flashing.
If the [MENU/Enter] key is pressed while the display is flashing, it proceeds to setting the reference
weight value.
If the [MENU/Enter] key is not entered while the display is flashing, placing the reference weight into the
pan starts the manual sensitivity check.
4) If the reference weight mass value is stable, automatically measure the mass.
5) Zero begins flashing.
6) Take the reference weight off from the pan.
7) If the zero point mass value is stable, automatically measure the mass.
8) Drive the weight loader system, and place the internal weight in UniBloc.
