Operation before Mowing
Make sure that the main clutch is not en-
gaged before the reel blade is operated.
Always control the working roller clutch knob
from the side of the lawn mower.
Always set the bucket and then operate the
clutches for mowing.
For this machine to mow a lawn, it is necessary to engage
the reel blade clutch and working roller clutch.
The reel blade clutch controls the rotation of the reel blade
when lawn mowing.
The working roller clutch is used to rotate the working roller.
After the reel blade clutch and the working roller clutch
are engaged, the reel blade and working roller will start
rotating when the main clutch is engaged.
Operation
<Working Roller Clutch Engagement>
Engage the working roller clutch before engaging the reel
blade clutch.
Upon arrival at the work site, remove the tires on level
ground with soft soil as close the lawn as possible.
When starting to mow, attach the bucket and make sure
that the main clutch is not engaged, and that there is
nobody within 5 meters of the front and 3 meters of the
left, right and rear of the machine. Then start the engine.
Set the mark on the throttle lever to the position “L”.
Make sure the body of the mower does not move, even
without braking. Insert the working roller clutch from the
right side of the machine until it stops.
When the clutch is pressed until it stops, the working
roller will rotate normally (normal rotation). When it is
pulled one notch, the working roller will be stopped
(release). Then, when it is pulled up one more notch, the
working roller will rotate in reverse (reverse rotation).
