The assembly order of the forks is marked on 

each of them : 

L 

 Left 

C 

 Center 

R 

 Right 

•

 

 

Insert the forks 

[2] 

on the gears and mount the 

gearbox / fork assembly in the crankcase. 

 

•

 

 Slightly pull out the secondary shaft and hold   
the 4th gear up so that the fork is in place in 
the barrel track. Then insert the assembly into 
the crankcase bearings.

 

WARNING 

 

Make sure that the shafts shims are in place.
