Before anchoring door frame, set-up and operate door to assure smooth operation. to set up the remote
control, see instructions below and Figure H.

6. REMOTE CONTROL SET-UP AND USAGE:

Initial setup:
1. Connect power with door in UP position.
2. Press StoP and DoWN button together for 3 seconds until unit beeps.
3. Press DOWN button until door moves to correct CLOSED position, than press stop button.
4. Press UP button until door moves to correct OPEN position, then press stop button.
5. Unit will OPEN and CLOSE once, then setup is complete.
NOTE: TO CHANGE MOTOR DIRECTION:
Upon first power up, if DOWN button makes door go UP or if UP button makes door go DOWN, unplug motor.
Wait 10 seconds. Reconnect to power. Hold UP and StoP button simultaneously until a continuous beep is
heard. then release, beeping will continue. Push UP and DoWN buttons simultaneously, until beep stops,
several quick beeps, and stop, direction of motor has changed. Then either press UP or Down to open or close
door. If buttons are still reversed, repeat this process and follow directions carefully. the remote is now ready to
be programmed. Follow “Initial Setup” above.

7. MANUAL HAND CRANK ASSEMBLY AND USEAGE:
NOTE:
Do not use manual crank with motor operating and power on.
A. the manual hand crank bar can be inserted into the hole located at the top of the door assembly.
Position crank handle on shaft of motor. Insert crank handle from front of door. See Figure I.
B. Attach crank handle to motor with clip. turn to operate.
