Operating Instructions
HOW TO JUMP START A VEHICLE
1
Prior to jumping a vehicle, locate the main
power switch on the back panel of the
JumpSmart and flip to the
“ON“
position.

Plug the Smart Cable into the jump
starter port located on the back panel
of the JumpSmart. Once plugged in the
green and red indicator lights will flash
in an alternating pattern on the Smart
Cable.

Connect the
RED
clamp of the Smart
Cable Safe Vehicle Jumper to the
POSITIVE
terminal of the vehicle battery.

Connect the BLACK clamp of the Smart
Cable to the
NEGATIVE
terminal of the
vehicle battery. Once both positive and
negative clamps are properly connected,
the green indicator light on the Smart
Cable will remain illuminated. The jump
start feature is now on standby.

Insert the key into the ignition and turn,
or press the button to start the vehicle.
