[8] Check and remedy in the event of malfunction

Before starting the P.W.B. unit replacement, make sure to refer to “Before replacing the Printed Wiring Board” in page 2-2.
2. Check in the event of a fuse F10A blowing
When the fuse F10A was blown, observe the following instruction:
There are many high voltage components in the oven, therefore, except for performing operational check, unplug the power cable before starting
work. For the harness, check for poor caulking, poor connection, etc.

Is there a voltage of about 230 - 240V between the oven lamp terminals.
YES: Replace the oven lamp.
NO: Replace the control unit.

The door switch is in the door open position (Even with the door closed, the oven lamp does not go out.).
YES: Adjust the door switch.
NO: Replace the control unit or display unit.
Is there a voltage of 230 - 240V for the AC fan or 24 V for the DC fan?
YES: Replace the fan motor.
NO: Replace the control unit.
YES: Adjust the latch.
NO: The latch switch is in the door open position.
The rotary knob does not
function.

The START key does not
function.
Is there a voltage of about 230 - 240V between the tube pump motor terminals.
YES: Replace the pump unit assembly.(Check the tube pump motor.)
NO: Replace the control unit.
The tube pump motor does
not run.
Has the water tank been inserted all the way?
NO: Insert the water tank or replace the tank or the tank spring.
Replace the control unit.
Reset occurs.
Is there a voltage of about 230 - 240V between the terminals of each of the supersteam heater, engine heater
and convection heater?
Raeplace the engine unit assembly (when the supersteam heater does not function).
Replace the engine unit assembly (when the engine heater does not function.
Replace the convection heater (when the convection heater does not function).
The supersteam heater
does not function.
The engine heater does not

The fan motor does not run.
The oven lamp does not il-

(Note that the lamp
