2. How to check performance of sensors (AH sensor, Water level sensors and Engine thermistor)

Measure the weight of the water tank filled with
water to water level 2.(this weight is A)
Is the connector between the motor terminal and
board disconnected?
After stopping the operation,
connect/repair the connector.
Press the STOP/CLEAR key
to stop the operation.
Replace the control board.
Replace or repair the tube.
Replace the motor or the pump unit.
Press the STOP/CLEAR key to stop the operation.
Hole of the angle base for the motor
of the tube pump unit
Is it confirmed that the roller, which is observed
through the hole of the angle base for the motor of
the tube pump unit, is rotating?
NOTE: The motor of tube pump operates On
and Off.
Set the water tank to the set and power ON.
Start 11-minute steaming operation.
The 11-minute steam operation is finished (For the last one (1)
minute, the tube pump does not run for dew dissipation.)
Open the door and drop water remaining in the main body into the drip tray. Then close the door again.
Ensure that the drip tray is empty and set it to the main body.
After 20 seconds, remove the drip tray and return accumulated water in the tray to the water tank.
Remove the water tank from the main body.
Confirm that water is flowing at the feed-water inlet
of the engine.

Is there breakage or clogging in the tube?
(Stop the operation.)

Measure weight of the water tank. (Weight after the operation is B g.)
Is the weight reduction (= A - B) equal to or more than 150 (g)?
Is there a voltage of 230 - 240V AC at the motor terminal?

Set the water tank, which has been filled with water to the water level 2, to the set and power ON.
(Confirm that there is no water remaining in the oven cavity.)
Set the test mode to 10. (See How to set test mode on page 6-5)
Press the START key.
Microwave heating (for one (1) minute) starts and the AH sensor is checked.
Steaming (strong) operation (for 20 minutes) starts.
The operation is finished.
Is Engine thermistor failure (11 01) indicated?
EE12: Proceed to checking the engine thermistor for failure.
Is AH sensor failure (- - 10) indicated?
EE02: Proceed to checking the AH sensor for failure.
Is water level sensor failure (10 00 or 01 00) indicated?
Go to 1) Checking performance of the water level sensor
in page 6-5.
Normal termination (Indication: 11 11)
