Ricotta pasties

ricotta ( or soft cheese)

For coating

egg yolk

Preparation
1. For the pastry knead the flour, baking powder, mar-
garine, salt, egg and sour cream to form a smooth
dough. Keep the pastry in a cool place for about 1
hour.
2. Combine the parmesan with the ricotta and the egg.
Season well with salt and pepper.
3. Roll out the pastry to a thickness of about 3 mm on a
floured surface. Cut out circles approx. 10 cm in
diameter. In the centre of each circle place a heaped
teaspoon of the filling.
4. Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and use it to brush
the edges of the pastry. Fold each circle of pastry in
half over the filling to form a semicircle. Press down
the edges with the prongs of a fork. Brush the
pasties with the remaining egg and milk mixture.
5. Cover the turntable with greaseproof paper, place the
pasties on it and cook. Yields about 12-13 pasties.

minced meat (half pork, half beef)

Preparation
1. Make a smooth meat loaf mixture from the above
ingredients.
Let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes.
2. Then form about 8 similarly sized rissoles. Place the
rissoles on the turntable and cook.

Toasted ham and cheese sandwich
Croque monsieur
Total cooking time: approx. 10 minutes
Ingredients

slices of toast

butter

cheese slices
(depending on the size of the toast)

slice of cooked ham

tbsp crème fraiche
ca. 30 g
grated cheese
Preparation
1. Spread butter on the slices of toast.
2. Place the cheese on a slice of toast followed by the
ham. Spread with creme fraiche.
3. Top with the other slice of toast and sprinkle with the
grated cheese..
Place the sandwich on the turntable and cook.
