Removing wrapping and place frozen
item on a shallow, microwave safe plas-
tic defrost rack. If necessary, shied thin
areas with aluminium foil to prevent the
item from cooking while defrosting. Turn
the item over when the oven stops and
the signal beeps during defrosting.

Choose potatoes of similar size and wash
them, then place the potatoes onto the
glass turntable. After cooking, allow to
stand for approx. 5 minutes before serv-
ing.

wave safe glass bowl. Cover with a glass
lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, stir
then stand covered for 1-5 minutes.

Prewash rice until water runs clear. Place
rice in a large microwave safe glass bowl.
Cover with hot water. Cook uncovered.
After cooking stir&stand uncovered for 5
mins.
