Setting Languages

Allows you to select your preferred language for the
cell broadcast message display.

Perform steps 1 to 3 in “Subscribing to Cell
Broadcasts” on page 90.

to highlight “Language”, then press

to select.

Area Info

The Area Info is the message information that operators

sent to subscribers in certain areas.
When you receive Area Info, the message (area code) is

displayed on the stand-by screen.

Note

• This function may not be available on all mobile

phone networks. Contact your network operator for
more information.

Enabling/Disabling Area Info
