If the fax machine is connected to a PBX, you must set it for PBX operation. Press 
the keys on the operation panel as follows:

Set the mode for connecting calls 
from the PBX to an outside line. 
Enter

 for FLASH. 

(Refer to your PBX manual or 
consult your supplier for the correct
