Q25 and each pin of U13, and service it if defective.
Are the video signals outputted to each pin of below:
L21: Cr/Pr, (WF8+WF9)
L20: Cb/Pb, (WF6+WF7)
L18: S-Y, (WF2)
L16: S-C (WF3)
L19: Component Y (WF4+WF5)
L15: Video Out (WF1)
Check the line between L15, L16, L18, L19, L20, L21
and S-Video (J3), AV (J4) output terminal, and service
it if defective.
