Direct search of MP3/WMA tracks
By using the direct search buttons, the desired tracks can be played.

Whilst in the stop mode, press one of the

5 buttons
and the

button to select the desired disc.

Use the direct search buttons on the remote control to
select the desired track.

The direct search buttons allow you to select any track.

When selecting number 10 or higher, press the number
sequentially.
A. For example, to choose 13
1 Press the “1” button once.
2 Press the “3” button.
B. For example, to choose 30
1 Press the “3” button.
2 Press the “0” button.

Press the ENTER button to start playback.
Playback of the selected track is started. When the end of the last track
is reached, the next disc will automatically be played.
To stop playback:

Notes:

The selected track can be started simply by pressing the direct search
buttons followed by the ENTER button during playback.

A track number higher than the number of tracks on the disc cannot be
selected.

During random play, direct search is not possible.

If the ENTER button is not pressed after the direct search buttons, the track
will not be selected.

The display indicates the track number.
MP3
MP3 is a compression format. It is an acronym which stands for MPEG Audio
Layer 3.
MP3 is a type of audio code which is processed by significant compression
from the original audio source with very little loss in sound quality.
WMA
WMA files are Advanced System Format files that include audio files which are
compressed with Windows Media Audio codec. WMA is developed by Microsoft
as an audio format file for Windows Media Player.

Due to the structure of disc information, it takes longer to read an MP3/
WMA disc than a normal CD (approximately 20 to 90 seconds).

” indicator will light up if an MP3 disc is recognised.

“WMA” indicator will light up if an WMA disc is recognised.

This system supports MPEG 1 Layer 3 and VBR files.
I
During VBR file playback, time counter in the FL display may differ from its
actual playback time.

Please use a TV to display MP3/WMA folders.
