Handset Settings
Languages & input
Make settings for the language displayed on the screen,
character entry, text-to-speech, etc.

Languages : Select displayed languages.
„ Virtual keyboard : Set the software keyboard.
„ Physical keyboard : Set the keyboard connected via Bluetooth.

Spell checker : Make settings for Spell checker.
„ Autofill service : Set Autofill service.

Touch [ ] to make settings for filling out automatically
using a Google account.
„
Personal dictionary : Register any words into Personal dictionary.
„ Pointer speed : Set the speed of the pointer.
„
Text-to-speech output : Make settings for the voice for reading
the characters displayed on the handset.
[Virtual keyboard]
z When you enter Japanese, use S-Shoin. For details on the
setting of S-Shoin

Set the operations to perform for actions such as pressing

Jump to camera : Set whether to activate “Camera” app by
pressing

(Power key) twice.
„ Swipe up on Home button : Set whether to display the recent
apps if you swipe up on the navigation bar.
y When this is set to OFF, [ C ] is displayed and the recent
apps are displayed if you touch it.

Prevent ringing : Set the operation for when 3 (Power key) and
1 are pressed at the same time while the ring tone is
sounding.
[Swipe up on Home button]
z When the home app is set to [AQUOS Home], the app list
screen is displayed if you swipe up on the navigation bar during
recent apps display.
