If complex adjustments are made so that the settings
cannot be restored to normal, you can reset the
settings to the factory preset values.

You can check the TV ID on the screen for reporting to
customer service.
Picture maintenance
When you set your TV for a long period of time,
colour shading on the screen may appear due to
degradation of the LED backlight. You can control the
colour shading after performing “Picture maintenance”
in “Identification”, following the guide display on the
screen.
NOTE
This function allows you to control the colour shading.
Therefore, the brightness of the screen may be reduced.

Clearing the password
If you forget your password, set a new password using
the following procedure.
