4.2. TAMP adjustment

Adjustment Conditions Adjustment Procedure
1) Receive the PAL standard colour bar signal. 1) If the maximum value of “YDATA1, YDATA2” on page 1 of adjustment
process DVP hierarchy is not in the range of values in the list below,
adjust “PAL TAMP1, PAL TAMP2” on the same page so that the max-
imum value of “Y” is in the range of values in the list below.
* Note that the setting value may vary by model.
2) When pressing the TAMP1 and TAMP2 direct keys, adjustment of
“PAL TAMP1, PAL TAMP2” is complete.
Then, The values of “NTSC TAMP1, NTSC TAMP2” and “SECAM
TAMP1, SECAM TAMP2” are automatically set.
(NTSC: Value of PAL –7, SECAM: The same value as PAL)
