D0918 Voltage regulator MC34063A The MC34063A Series is a monolithic control circuit containing
the primary functions required for DC to DC converters. These
devices consist of an internal temperature compensated
reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with an
active current limit circuit, driver and high current output switch.
This series was specifically designed to be incorporated in
StepDown and StepUp and VoltageInverting applications with a
minimum number of external components. Refer to Application
Notes AN920A/D and AN954/D for additional design
information.
D0920 Power Switch ST890CDR The ST890 is a low voltage, P-Channel MOSFET power switch
intended for high side load switching applications. This switch
operates with inputs from 2.7V to 5.5V, making it ideal for both
3V and 5V systems. Internal current limiting circuitry protects
the input supply against overload. Thermal overload protection
limits power dissipation and junction temperatures. The
ST890’s maximum current limits is 1.2A. The current limit
through the switch is programed with a resistor from SET to
ground. The ST890 is available in SO-8 package. Main
applications are: PCMCIA slots, Access bus slots, Portable
equipment.
D0925 Voltage regulator MC78L08ABDR2G The MC78LXXA/LM78LXXA/MC78L05AA series of fixed
voltage monolithic integrated circuit voltage regulators are
suitable for application that required supply current up to
100mA.
Digital Part
D1001 Demodulator STv0362 The STv0362 features the full DVB-T and DVB-H standards
framing structure, channel coding and modulation. The symbol,
timing and carrier recovery loops are fully digital and sized with
regard to the state-of-the-art RF down-converting devices. The
STv0362 is compatible with direct conversion tuners featuring
two differential ADC for I and Q channels. The tuner baseband
power is controlled by a classic AGC loop, and the radio
frequency level is monitored by a dedicated single-ended 8-bit
ADC. It is recommended the RF power is left under the tuner’s
control, but can be derived from baseband power by a
dedicated power split algorithm. If required, the tuner serial I2C
bus can be isolated by the STv0362 I2C bus repeater.

D1102 DDR-RAM K4H561638F-UCC The K4H560838F / K4H561638F is 268,435,456 bits of double
data rate synchronous DRAM organized as 4x 8,388,608 / 4x
4,194,304 words by 8 / 16bits, fabricated with SAMSUNG's
high performance CMOS technology. Synchronous features
with Data Strobe allow extremely high performance up to
400Mb/s per pin. I/O transactions are possible on both edges
of DQS. Range of operating frequencies, programmable burst
length and programmable latencies allow the device to be
useful for a variety of high performance memory system
applications.
