RULES FOR SAFETY OPERATION
Safe operation of this power tool requires you read and understand this operator’s manual and all labels affixed to
the tool. Safety is a combination of common sense, staying alert, and knowing how your bench grinder works.
Read all instructions

Read the operating instructions carefully and familiarize yourself with all the risks associated with the
operation.
●
Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, refrigerators.
●
Never use the grinder without protective covers. Make sure that all the covers are in place, that they
are properly fastened and that they are not damaged before each use.
●
Remove any keys from the machine before starting the grinder.
●
Keep the work area clean without any disruption.
●
Do not use the grinder near flammable substances, in damp and wet places, and do not expose it to
rain. Keep the work area properly lit.
●
Keep all persons, children and pets out of the work area.
●
The grinder is safe only if it is used for the purpose for which it was designed.
●
In case of damage, damaged parts must be replaced.
●
Wear appropriate clothing. Free clothing, neckties or jewelry can be caught in the moving parts of
the grinder and damage to the grinder or injury may occur. Keep your long hair closed.
●
Use personal protective equipment (glasses, hearing protector, mask).
●
Keep the bruise firmly attached to ensure grinder stability and balance.
●
Prevent accidental startup.
●
Only use original accessories.
●
Never use a disc other than the recommended size.

Make sure that no parts are damaged before each work begins.
●
Keep the grinder clean and free of grease. Never use cleaning agents or solvents for cleaning.
●
Do not use the brute in an area where there is a risk of explosion. Sparks may develop during
operation and there is a risk of fire.
●
Keep all parts of the body out of the path of the blade and do not touch it.
NOTICE!
When replacing parts, only original spare parts may be used. Failure to use original parts
may damage the grinder and injure the operator.
●
The grinding wheel nut must not be excessively tightened - it may break the blade during operation.
●
Do not exert too much pressure during grinding. Too much pressure on an unheated grinding wheel
may cause it to rupture.
●
Never work when the disc is in contact with the workpiece. Always wait until the disc is at maximum
speed and then place the workpiece on the reel.
●
Work safely, always hold the workpiece firmly against the support.
●
Do not use a grinder if a flange nut, clamping nut is missing or the shaft is bent.
●
Keep the grinder and the dust-free working environment.
WARNING
When working with certain materials, cancer-forming chemicals (eg coatings, etc.) may be released
into the air
Work in a sufficiently ventilated area and use a protective mask specially designed to filter out
microscopic particles in order not to endanger your health.
WARNING! Do not attempt to operate the grinder until you have thoroughly read all the
instructions and safety rules. Failure to observe the operating instructions may result in
accidents involving fire, electric shock or damage to the grinder. Save this manual for
further use. Any person using the grinder must be familiar with these operating
instructions.
