PROBLEM

POSSIBLE REASONS & SOLUTIONS

My unit stopped steaming in
Above-Floor Mode.

First, check that the unit is plugged in and the ACCESSORY Setting is selected.

Make sure the Steam Nozzle is not facing upward (see page 10). Make sure the
Accessory Hose is firmly secured to the Main Unit and the Accessory is firmly
secured to the Accessory Hose.

NOTE:

The Accessory Hose should attach to the Main Unit with the Hose

Release Button facing the top/front of the Main Unit. See Page 11.

If the problem persists, unplug the Steam Mop and check the water level. Add
water if needed.
