Attach the HDD onto HDD installation bracket and assemble to the NVR using screws provided.

Connect SATA Cable and Power Cable to the HDDs.

⑤

Assemble the top cover with screws.

3.1.2 FWR228 Model

HDD must be installed in the following order for using RAID feature.

①

Press the release button on the front of the hard disk carrier, and then pull the handle to remove it from the NVR.

②

Fix the hard disk to the hard disk carrier using the supplied screws as shown below.

③

Insert the carrier with the hard disk into the hard disk slot on the front of the NVR and push the carrier until it touches the

backplane.

④

Push the handle of the carrier to fix it.
