Now turn the release switch (pos. 7) for 10 ppm up and test
gas will be added.

Watch the indicator on your instrument; - at least 50 % swing
in the most sensible region is required.
2.3 Instruments with Test Gas i.e. 1.00 vol.%, 2.20 vol.% or
100 vol.% CH

Testing of the pump performance must have been completed.

Leave pump running and adjust quantity of test gas with the
needle valve (pos. 2) according to the read-off pump
performance.

In case of diffusion instruments the flow must not be larger
than 30 l/h.

Now turn up the appropritate switch upwards (pos. 5, 9, 10)
and testgas is being added.

Watch the indicator - the essential rated values (sensitivity,
alarm level tolerances) are to be taken from the test certificate
of the relevant instrument.
Enter the value into the certificate.
2.4 Underpressure Examination for Pumping Devices

Make a hose connection between the device and the place
of underpressure connection (pos. 1).
