1. Duration of warranty
The duration of the warranty is 12 months
for entrepreneurs and 24 for consumers after
delivery / purchase / notification for shipment,
unless the purchase is delayed because of rea-
sons the seller is responsible for. The warranty
for accumulators is 12 months.
2. Exclusions and conditions
Illuminants and wear parts are generally exclu-
ded from the warranty. The buyer is obliged to
check the product for completeness and correct
operation upon receipt within five days. The
acceptance of a warranty within the time period
mentioned above assumes that it is not about
damages caused by improper use, excessi-
ve use, misuse, impacts of too high or low
temperatures and chemical, electro-chemical or
electrical influences.
Furthermore, transport damages, maintenance,
as well as damages caused by poor mainte-
nance works, which are not carried out by the
supplier, are not covered by the warranty. The
legal claim for defects expires completely as
soon as the customer carries out modifications
of any kind on the product. As far as legally
possible, we exclude any liability for any per-
sonal, property or consequential damages, es-
pecially when the product is used for purposes
other than the ones defined in the operation
instructions, is not operated according to the
instructions, overhauled or repaired indepen-
dently and not by a trained electrician.
Proof of purchase of the product (voucher as
proof of purchase) has to be presented when
the warranty is claimed.
3. Compensation
If the delivered product is faulty or it lacks
guaranteed properties, we reserve the right to
deliver replacement or repair in an appropriate
period of time.
