REPLACEMENT AIR VALVE KIT INSTALLATION
EXPLODED VIEW AND SPARE PARTS LIST
■
1)
Remove the valve that is to be replaced by removing the four socket head cap screws with a 3mm hex wrench that
attaches the valve body to the center section.
■
2)
Save the four cap screws (item 1). All other valve components can be discarded.
■
3)
Remove the packing tape that holds the air valve components in place during shipping.
■
Follow steps 3 – 5 in the Valve Gaskets section of Air End Servicing above.
